Out to get Michael Jackson Money!

Once again, someone is stepping forward stating that Michael Jackson owes him money. This time, it is from a former business associate of Michaels that was hired to repair Michael Jackson’s tax problems that he had in 2004. Randy Jackson, Michael’s brother, hired Don Stabler to work with other associates to fix the problem. There was no report of how much money was owed for Michaels 2004 taxes that were due to the IRS.

Don Stabler hired attorney Perry Wander and claims that the Jackson estate owes him approximately $180,000 right before Michael passed away. He also states that he worked on this problem for Michael for about 600 hours and he charges a whopping $325 per hour! Doctors and Lawyers do not make that kind of money, so right away, I can see this will not hold up in court. At least not $325 an hour.

Police to wrap up Jackson Death Investigation

It could take several months or maybe a little over a year for this case to be heard. There are piles of lawsuits going on in the Jackson estate. I am sure we don’t even hear about all of them in the news, but you can bet that anyone that had anything to do with Michael and is evil, will be out trying to get what they can of his money.
We are all aware of the child sex lawsuit that went on years ago with Michael and he was found not guilty. This is just another prime example of people going after the nice guys money. Or is it? Let us know what you think really happened with this case.
The lawsuits agains the pop star do not end here. There is also a lawsuit against him from a Los Angeles Security firm and one of his previous hair stylists. One really has to feel sorry for the family of Michael Jackson for having to endure all of the lawsuits and upcoming hearings. All of the lawsuits against the Jackson estate could take years to resolve and hundreds and possibly millions of dollars, depending on the outcome of the cases.

After all is said and done with all of the lawsuits brought forth to the Jackson estate, we are pretty sure there will be nothing left for anyone else. Not to say that all of the cases against the estate will be won, but after defense lawyer fees, court fees and other costly items, there will not be much left.

After a long three months of investigation and questioning, the Los Angeles Police Department is ready to wrap up the investigation into the possible murder or homicide of pop star Michael Jackson. This will finally bring closure to his fans, friends and family.

Jackson’s personal physician, Doctor Conrad Murray has been in the spotlight since day one of the investigation and the District Attorney is going to try to prove that Dr. Murray did in fact act in a non-professional manner. The question is, should he be charged?
It seems as if that question shouldn’t even arise, but when you work for a pop star no matter what your position, doctor, hair stylist, janitor, you always want to please your boss. We can pretty much assume, given Michael Jackson’s previous medical history that he wanted the drugs and would go any distance just to get them. Doctor Murray knew if he didn’t provide Michael with the drugs he wanted, when he wanted, he would just find another doctor that could provide these for him. I believe that Doctor Murray tried to talk to Michael and tell him what the drugs would eventually do to him, but Michael wanted them anyway. Just like anyone that has an addiction. If someone doesn’t provide their needed addiction, they will find it elsewhere.

Doctor Murray was not in a good financial situation that would allow him to get fired for not providing him with the appropriate pills.

According to another source, he owes around $71,000 in student loans for med school and almost $370,000 in judgments against his business. This doctor was just doing what he was told so he wouldn’t lose his job. Michael would have found the drugs elsewhere, even if Doctor Murray didn’t provide them.

This isn’t the only trouble for Jackson’s physician, Doctor Murray. He also has been issued a warrant for his arrest for missing a hearing on a child support case. He also has a warrant for owing $13,000 to Nenita Malibiran from California. If this isn’t enough trouble for one person, nothing is.

During this high profile case against Dr. Murray, there will probably not be a preliminary hearing. If they hand down an indictment, it will go immediately to to arraignment and then to trial. However, it seems like it’s going to be really hard to find a jury that can honestly rule against this case. Everyone was effected by the death of Michael Jackson and everyone knew who he was.

So sad. Early Life of Michael JacksonSo sad. Early Life of Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson was child number seven out of nine brothers and sisters. He was born August 29, 1958 in the popular Gary, Indiana which is outside of Chicago. His parents were average working class people. Michael’s mother was a Jehovah Witness and his dad, “Joe” Jackson worked in a steel mill and was in a band called “The Falcons”. The Falcons played R&B music and was popular around the Chicago area.

Michael never got along with his father. He has stated in the past that he was mentally and physically abused by Joe during band practices with the Jackson 5. His father would call him names, whip him but Michael said that this in fact made him a better performer and pop star.
Michael showed that he had talent while performing at his school in front of his classmates. He loved to star in the plays at school from kindergarten all the way through high school. Michael and the Jackson 5 began touring as early as 1966 and the tour lasted several years afterwards.

The Jackson 5 shortly after, signed a contract with CBS records and then renamed the band, “The Jacksons”. They began touring all over the world for CBS records and Michael was the lead songwriter. During this time, Michael also stared in musicals along side of Quincy Jones. Jones saw the talent that The Jacksons had and decided to be the producer of the next solo album called “Off the Wall”.

Michael has always had the best music video, most popular dance routines and commercials from some of the biggest companies in the world. One of his most famous music videos was “Thriller”. He most remembered commercial was the Pepsi commercial when Michael Jackson was burned on his head, face and scalp. He received third degree burns and had to undergo rhinoplasty after the incident. Pepsi settled with Michael and was awarded $1.5 million which Michael then donated to the Brotman Medical Center in Culver City, California. This medical center is now called the Michael Jackson Burn Center, in honor of his donation.

Michael has been in the tabloids since his younger years and nothing much changed throughout his career. Many stories started to unfold about the King of Pop when it was reported that he slept in an oxygen bed so that he could slow his aging. He also bought a chimpanzee named “Bubbles” from a laboratory, which many people though to be odd for the King of Pop.

What do you think about Michael’s childhood? Was it normal? Did this cause Michael to die younger than he should have? Did this cause Michael to become addicted to drugs?

The Best Performer and Artist all timeThe Best Performer and Artist all time

Michael Jackson has been called the “King of Pop” for years. He earned this title by his non-stop touring, unbelievable performances, creative imagination and his excellent vocal skills. At an early age, it was clear that Michael had the vocal skills to become a great singer. Jackson invented something called the “Vocal Hiccup” in the early seventies in the song, “It’s Too Late to Change the Time”. The “Vocal Hiccup” sounds similar to gulping or gasping for air. It can be heard really clearly in the song “Off the Wall” and even more in the song “Shake Your Body”.
In the video “Smooth Criminal”, one of his most popular music videos, Michael actually applied for a patent for his one of a kind “Anti-Gravity Lean”. If you have ever seen this music video, you will know what we are talking about.
Jackson has influenced many artists around the world that include some of the best performers of our time. They include: Britney Spears, Madonna, Justin Timberlake, 50 Cent, just to name a few. Michael had so many talents and was great at everything he did.
Michael also had a great imagination and put that to use on all of his music videos. At the time, no one had ever released a music video quite like Michael Jackson. This also helped MTV get off the ground and drawing a huge audience. In these videos, he also showed his one of a kind dance routines and the great visual effect idea’s that he had came up with.
Some of his songs and music videos were quite controversial. One of the most recognizable songs would be the song “Black or White” which showed in 27 countries and watched by about 500 million viewers. This broke the record of the most watched music videos. It showed some violent scenes, which could be portrayed as Michael’s childhood with his father, and it also showed scenes of sexual nature that could mean that he was possibly sexually assaulted as he grew up as well. However, these questions have never been directly asked to Michael.

Michael was inducted to the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1984. He has won many American music awards including the World Music Awards best selling male artist of pop for this millennium. He also holds 8 Guinness Book of World Records, 13 Grammies and 13 number one singles. All of this was achieved in his solo career.

Michael Jackson – The true humanitarian

Michael Jackson was known for his vocal talent, music videos and dance choreography. Many people never knew how much Michael has given back to the world with donations. Michael is in the Guinness book of world records for a pop star giving to the most charities. The total number of charities was 39 organizations. It is unsure how much Michael has given through sponsorships, working in their silent auctions and giving monetary donations. Michael really has a soft spot when it comes to sick children. He has special rooms equipped just for the terminally ill children that come to the Neverland Ranch.

We all remember the song, “We Are the World” and all of the money that was raised for that song and video was given to the people of Africa back in 1985.

He also supplied 19 hospital rooms with all of the equipment needed at the Mount Senai New York Medical Center. After he was burned during his famous Pepsi commercial, he donated his entire award of $1.5 million to the Brotman Memorial Hospital, where he was treated for burns he received during the making of the commercial. They later called the burn center of that hospital, The Michael Jackson Burn Center for Children.

He later set up the “Michael Jackson United Negro College Fund Endowed Scholarship Fund”. The fund is for black students that will be majoring in communications and performance art. Each year, students can be awarded this money if they are attending a college or university that is a member of UNCF.
