Several sources within the Jackson family says the same thing. Even if Michaels Mommy gets custody of the children,the  popstars older sister, Rebbie Jackson, will take care of them, states TMZ.com.

The 59-year-old singer lives in Las Vegas with her partner since 20 years back and has kept a low profile through her career. But according to TMZ.com, she’s deeply involved in the children’s lives.

Rebbie Jackson is currently living with her mother Katherine Jackson at their home in Encino and takes care of the children.

Hearing deferred
Although the family is not it up to how Michels assets to be shared between them, they are certain of one thing. Rebbie will take care of Prince, Paris and Blanket, states TMZ.com.

Earlier Michaels two other sisters La Toya and Janet said that they want to take care of the children.

This week would be negotiations on custody commenced. Now negotiations have been postponed for another week and is expected to begin August 3.
